If your order does not fit as expected, we offer Size Forgiveness in two situations:

• Your first-ever Swish Embassy order, or
  
• Your first time ordering a specific garment type, even if you have ordered from us before
  

In these cases, we will replace up to 3 items with a different size at no cost, or provide store credit for their value.

All Swish Embassy products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.

If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference.

To start a claim, please contact us within 30 days and include your order number and photos if available.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Swish Embassy offers hundreds of designs across multiple garments, colors, and sizes. In total, that adds up to over half a million possible combinations.

When an item is returned, there is almost no chance another customer will order that exact same combination. Most returned items cannot be resold and would need to be discarded.

To avoid unnecessary waste, keep prices accessible, and continue offering such a wide range of options, we produce items only when they are ordered and do not accept traditional returns.

Instead, we focus on protecting you through our First-Time Fit Guarantee and Quality and Defect Warranty, so you can shop confidently while we operate responsibly.

Made to order, not pulled from a shelf.

Most Swish Embassy items are produced within 2 to 4 business days after your order is placed. Each piece is made specifically for you once production begins.

Some items that involve sewing, assembly, or hand-finishing may require additional production time and can take up to 7 business days.

Specific production timing and country of origin are always shown on each product page under the Get It and Made In information icons.

In rare cases, production may take slightly longer due to inventory availability or additional quality checks. We will notify you if timing changes.

Once an item enters production, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
